 What
happens if the connection fails?
In this case you should check that:
1. Power is not cut (fuse box, differential,
circuit breaker...)
2. PLC modem is connected and correctly
working (front lights turn green)
3. Modem,
computer and telephone connections are correct.
If the electric-power system breaks down, the service will be cut off during
the test period.
I can’t
send e-mail, but I can receive it.
To send e-mail through our service, you will have to make the following changes:
In
your e-mail program there is a preferences or configuration menu where you
must specify your outgoing e-mail server. Enter the following
server name:
smtp.al-pi.net
By default, e-mail programs do not require neither user name nor
password for outgoing e-mail servers, but make sure that your program
is not using
the old configuration or that it is not asking for this information.
Likewise,
before modifying your e-mail configuration, remember to save the old
configuration so as to restore it if necessary.
